The blessing for me was that I was able to stay in one place for longer than one day. The fact that their doorstep was on the coast of the Georgian Bay made it even sweeter!

We visited Jan and Roy who had a number of horses nearby. Jan and Roy both worked on the Formula 1 circuit and Jan was one of Allan’s former photography assistants.

Nick and Matt, two of Allan’s step-sons, were also nearby at another Georgian Bay beach house.
